Shipping times
Orders are shipped from the Zoé Bonbon workshop based in Lyon, and always nicely packaged in a zipped pouch and gift bag.
With the exception of products being assembled, items are dispatched the working day following your order.
Shipping costs (as of 01/01/2022)
Delivery in mainland France (Corsica included) is free from 100€ of purchase.
Delivery in mainland France for an amount less than €100 is €8.00 including tax.
It is insured by Colissimo.
International deliveries are invoiced at €20.00 including tax + any customs fees.

Send us an email with your name and order number at zoebonbon@wanadoo.fr and send us back your Zoé Bonbon item.
The returned item(s) must imperatively be in perfect condition, not have been worn, and put back in their original packaging.
It is only after having checked that these conditions are satisfied that we can proceed to the reimbursement of this or these articles.
