The Zoé Bonbon online store accurately presents the items sold, without the photographs having any contractual value.

The prices are indicated in Euros (all taxes included) and do not take into account delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order by the customer.
The prices take into account the taxes applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate of these taxes will be automatically passed on to the price of the products in the online store.
The total amount of the order (all taxes included) and delivery costs included, is indicated before final validation of the order form.
In case of display of an erroneous price, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error), the order, even validated, will be canceled. The customer will be informed as soon as possible. He will be able, if he wishes, to place his order again at the corrected and exact price.
 

Payment and security :
On the site www.zoebonbolyon.fr, payment for purchases is made when ordering either by credit card or by Paypal.
The customer makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order.

Payment method :

The card/banking data entered on the site is encrypted and never circulates unencrypted on the Internet. In addition, they are only processed by Stripe and are never in the possession of Zoé Bonbon.
Payment can also be made by the Paypal system in order to secure the payment once again.

confirmation :
Upon receipt of the validation of the purchase and the payment by the customer, Zoé candy sends to the latter, on the e-mail address he has specified, confirmation of receipt of the order.
Zoé Bonbon will send an invoice to the customer upon delivery or by email.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data
The website cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site agrees to access the site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with an updated latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual Property and Counterfeits
